We Are Your Community Connection

Proudly Investing in the People and Places We Serve

At RFE International, Inc., we believe in creating meaningful connections—between people, businesses, and communities. As a trusted local partner and regional technology leader, we invest in initiatives that enhance the education of our local high school students, and improve the quality of life for all.

Purpose-Driven Community Support

Every year, we support the FIRST Robotics program for elementary and high school students.

We feel FIRST offers impactful programs that reflect the values of our customers, cooperative owners, and employees. Our community support is more than financial—several of our employees, including our General Manager, give of their own free time to mentor students. We mentor high school level FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) students from seven different schools, as a community based FRC team. RFE has mentored local students for a decade and a half. We also mentor FIRST Lego League (FLL) students in the community.

We focus on promoting inclusion for all young people to learn to use gracious professionalism, robotics, engineering, machining, leadership, confidence in themselves, and we always encourage the students to run their own teams like a real business. RFE guides but does not do the work for them.
